Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Popup Design Company and the Conx app. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. User Responsibilities:

    • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform will result in immediate account suspension.

    • Users must not engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or unauthorized use of the platform.

  2. Orders & Payments:

    • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

    • For food items, delivery is limited to specific areas within Erode only. For non-food items (e.g., electronics, cloth & more) delivery is available across India through third-party courier services.

  3. Platform Usage:

    • Users must not misuse the platform, including but not limited to unauthorized access, data scraping, or any activity that disrupts the service.

    • Popup Design Company is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, traffic, vendor unavailability, or third-party delivery services.

  4. Modifications:

    • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, but it is the user’s responsibility to review the terms periodically.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the best service, but if you need to cancel an order, please note the following:

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • Users can cancel an order before it is processed. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

    • For food items, cancellations are allowed only before the order is packed. Once packed, food items are non-refundable.

    • For non-food items, cancellations are allowed before the item is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

  2. Refund Policy:

    • If an order is canceled within the allowed period, a full refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    • In case of delivery failures due to the vendor’s or our fault, a full refund will be issued.

    • Orders delivered as per the request are non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Food Items:

    • Delivery is available only within a specific distance in Erode through our partner service, Vgottu.

    • Delivery times typically range between 30min to 1 hours.

  2. Non-Food Items:

    • Non-food items (e.g., electronics, cloth & more) are delivered across India through third-party courier services.

    • Delivery times typically range between 4-7 business days, depending on the location.

  3. Delivery Fees:

    • A nominal delivery fee may be charged based on distance and vendor policies. Free delivery may be applicable on certain orders as per ongoing promotions.

  4. Failed Deliveries:

    • If the recipient is unavailable, the order will be returned and may not be eligible for a refund.

    • ​Users must report any delivery issues within 5 hours of delivery to be eligible for a resolution.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Food Items:

    • Due to health and safety reasons, food items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  2. Non-Food Items:

    • Non-food items (e.g., electronics, cloth & more) may be eligible for return or exchange if damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within 5 hours of delivery

  3. Return Process:

    • If a return or exchange is approved, we will arrange for a replacement, store credit, or refund.

    • For eligible returns, we may arrange for pickup or require users to return the item to a designated location.
